Using the Objects View

The Objects view in Highviz.io shows which items appear in your posts — from fashion and accessories to products and props — and how those objects relate to post performance. This guide explains how to read the data and take action.

🧸 What the Objects Tab Shows

Each object detected in your posts is listed in a table with:

  • Object Name - The category of the item detected (e.g. Footwear, Bag, Glasses)

  • Thumbnail - Visual preview from your posts

  • Post Count - How many posts contained this object

  • Impressions & Reach - Visibility metrics

  • Likes, Saves, Comments - Engagement breakdown

  • Engagement Rate - Engagement Rate is the percentage of impressions that led to likes, comments, or saves - a direct measure of how compelling that object is in context.

Tip: Look for objects that appear frequently in top-performing posts. These may represent valuable content themes.

🧠 Deep Dive: Object Details View

Click on any object to open a detailed view:

  • Gallery - All image crops where the object was detected

  • Engagement Metrics - Aggregated stats for all posts with that object

  • Per-Post Table - View detection confidence and performance for each post

Example: If "Footwear" appears in multiple posts with strong save rates, consider featuring it more prominently or more often.

📌 What to Do With This Data

  • Identify strong visual props - Objects that get high engagement are working for your audience visually

  • Test product positioning - If you're selling something, see if product appearance drives more saves or likes

  • Spot clutter or distractions - Objects tied to underperforming posts may be visual distractions

🔍 Use Cases

  • Creators: Find which environments (e.g. outdoor vs. indoor) or props resonate best

  • Brands: Identify what product types drive engagement before running ads

  • Content teams: Plan themes by looking at high-performing object categories
