Using the All Posts View

The All Posts section in Highviz.io is where you get a comprehensive view of how each Instagram post has performed. This guide will help you understand what the data means and how to use it to refine your content strategy.

🔍 What You’ll See in All Posts

Each post is displayed in a table with key metrics:

  • Post Thumbnail & Date - A preview of the post and when it was published

  • Reach - How many unique users saw the post

  • Impressions - Total views (includes multiple views by the same user)

  • Likes, Comments, Saves – Core engagement metrics

  • Engagement Rate - The percentage of impressions that resulted in interactions (likes, comments, or saves). Formula: (Likes + Comments + Saves) ÷ Impressions

  • Performance Label - Highviz tags each post as HOT, GOOD, OK, LOW, or COLD based on how it compares to your recent averages

Tip: Use the column sorting or filters to quickly spot your top-performing posts by engagement or saves.

📈 What to Look For

  • High Save + Low Like: Indicates content that's being bookmarked for value (e.g. tutorials, quotes, product details)

  • High Like + High Comment: Sign of content that’s sparking emotional engagement or conversation

  • Low Engagement Across All: May signal visual or topical misalignment with your audience

Look at patterns in content type, caption style, posting day/time, or visuals when analyzing top and bottom performers.
